Nr. 30 opens with the kind of brightness that feels hand-picked rather than blended — Calabrian lemon sharp and sun-soaked, grapefruit adding a slightly bitter zest, bergamot lending its characteristic Earl Grey refinement. Lavender flowers soften the citrus edge with a gentle, blue-toned floral coolness, easing the opening from sharp to serene.
The heart is spare and deliberate: just two notes, both of exceptional quality. Florentine iris — among the most prized raw materials in perfumery — brings its signature powdery, violet-like depth with a faintly carrot-root earthiness beneath. Rose absolute, richer and more honeyed than rose otto, lays beside it with full-bodied warmth. Together they are unhurried and assured, the kind of floral heart that asks nothing of you but to slow down.
