Return Policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unworn, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at @gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you must send the items to our address. We do not provide return labels, and return shipping costs are not covered. Items returned without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to properly assess and correct the issue.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your product and, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned order to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your money will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
